Why do my uploaded visuals turn sideways?

Why do my uploaded visuals turn sideways?

This is an extremely unusual case.

If your visuals have turned sideways or rotated in the final generated video, it could be because you have uploaded a large sized visual.

We recommend you either replace the visual or compress this visual on some online tool before uploading.

The optimal size for uploading an image is 10Mb and for a video would be around 300Mb.
