Why can't I see my entire screen/page?
Are some parts of the website missing or cut off on your screen? Does your webpage look like this?
When it is supposed to look like this?
It's possible that your screen size is zoomed in too much, causing certain elements to be cropped out. But don't worry, we've got you covered with a quick and easy fix.
On a Windows Computer:
- Press and hold the "Ctrl" key on your keyboard.
- While holding the "Ctrl" key, press the "minus (-)" key.
- Repeat the "Ctrl" + "minus (-)" key combination until the screen zooms out adequately.
- Stop when the previously cut-off part of the webpage becomes fully visible.
On a MacBook:
- Hold down the "Command" key (also known as the "⌘" key) on your MacBook.
- While keeping the "Command" key pressed, tap the "minus (-)" key.
- Keep tapping the "Command" and "minus (-)" keys until your screen zooms out adequately.
- Stop when the previously cut-off part of the webpage becomes fully visible.
By following these simple steps, you'll be able to adjust your screen zoom and bring the whole page into view. No more missing out on important information or struggling to access hidden features!
